Beautiful 'folk-art' painted drawers.
Made, we believe, in heavy, solid mango wood, in Northern India approx mid 20thC. The date is approx as painted furniture has been made for centuries and is still ongoing today. We judge from style, condition and signs of aging and use.
Delicate bird paintings decorate the top and sides, really gorgeous, and the ten drawers have the same black and yellow colours with iron handles.
